Cannabis-Infused Porridge – The Recipe
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water or milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tablespoon cannabis-infused butter or oil
- 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener of your choice
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, etc.
In a small saucepan, bring the water or milk to a gentle boil over medium heat.
Add the rolled oats and reduce the heat to low. Let the oats simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes or until they reach your desired consistency.
Stir in the cannabis-infused butter or oil and mix well to ensure it is evenly distributed.
Add the honey or sweetener of your choice and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine.
Continue cooking the porridge for another minute or two until everything is well incorporated and heated through.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the porridge cool slightly.
Transfer the porridge to a serving bowl and add your preferred toppings, such as fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
